NovaDuel — Neon 1v1 is a local 1v1 duel game playable against an AI opponent or a second player on the same device. It is provided free of charge and requires no account, login, or personal information of any kind. This policy explains exactly how we handle your data.
We collect zero personal information. No data leaves your device.

NovaDuel is 100% free. There are no in-app purchases, no premium tiers, no virtual currencies, no loot boxes, and no gambling mechanics. Scores and achievements have zero monetary value.
We use Google Fonts (Orbitron, Rajdhani) loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log anonymised font-request metadata per their own policies. No advertising, analytics, social login, A/B testing, or any other third-party service is embedded in this game.

The game will still function using system fallback fonts.Our web hosting provider may retain minimal server-access logs (timestamps, HTTP status codes, approximate region) for infrastructure security and uptime monitoring. These logs are not linked to individuals, are not used for profiling or targeted advertising, and are purged automatically on a rolling schedule. We have no visibility into individual user identities through these logs.
NovaDuel supports local two-player mode on the same device. No player identity, profile, username, or communication data is collected or stored. Both players interact with the same browser session; no data is exchanged over a network between players.
Because we collect absolutely no personal data from anyone, this game is safe for users of all ages. We fully comply with the intent of COPPA (USA), GDPR-K (EU), PIPA (UK), and equivalent children's privacy regulations globally. No data profile is built for any user, regardless of age.
Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar frameworks, you have rights over your personal data. Since we collect and store no personal data on our servers, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete beyond your own localStorage entry (which you can clear at any time via your browser).
The game runs entirely in your browser. No personal data transits our infrastructure, so there is no risk of a server-side data breach exposing your information. The security of your locally stored score depends on your own device's security settings.
